Terms of Service

1. Service description

The Ad Analyzer ("the Tool") is an online service provided by Cifre și Litere SRL that uses artificial intelligence to analyze advertising images and provide improvement suggestions.

The Tool is currently in beta. Features, availability, and accuracy may vary and change without prior notice.

2. Account and authentication

To use the Tool, an account created via email and password or Google authentication is required. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activities carried out through it.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

3. Plans and usage

The Tool offers a free plan with a limited number of analyses per month. Paid plans (when available) offer extended limits as specified at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify limits, prices, and plan features with 30 days' notice for users with active subscriptions.

4. Uploaded images

Images you upload are sent to third-party artificial intelligence services (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) exclusively for analysis processing. We do not store images long-term and do not use them for our own commercial purposes.

You are responsible for the content of uploaded images. Do not upload images that:

• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Contain illegal, pornographic, or hate-inciting content
• Contain personal data of other individuals without their consent

5. Limitation of liability

The Tool is in beta. Analyses and recommendations generated by artificial intelligence are indicative and do not constitute professional marketing advice.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of results. Marketing decisions based on these analyses are entirely your responsibility.

The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. Cifre și Litere SRL is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the Tool.

6. Availability

We do not guarantee continuous service availability. The Tool may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons without prior notice.

As a beta product, we reserve the right to substantially modify or discontinue the service at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The interface, design, code, and branding of the Tool are the property of Cifre și Litere SRL. Analysis results may be freely used by you for your own commercial purposes.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Payments for premium plans are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically monthly. You can cancel any subscription from the Tool's interface, and premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are granted at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis, for documented technical issues.

9. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy of cifresilitere.eu. By using the Tool, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts in Iași, Romania.

11. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Tool after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For substantial changes, we will notify users via email or through the Tool's interface.
