The situation
Keep In Case (formerly spigen.co.uk) is an authorized Spigen reseller in the UK since 2010, with an extensive catalog of cases, screen protectors, and accessories for phones (iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel), tablets, and laptops. The store ran on Magento — a powerful but expensive platform to maintain, with frequent security updates, high hosting costs, and degraded performance under the catalog's weight. The rebrand from spigen.co.uk to keepincase.com required a modern platform.
What we built
We completed the full migration from Magento to Shopify — products with hundreds of variants (phone model × case type × color), customers, and order history. We developed a custom theme with fast category navigation (Phone, Tablet, Watch), advanced model filters, and product pages optimized for conversions with multiple images and technical specs. Complete 301 redirects from Magento's URL structure to preserve 10+ years of SEO built under the spigen.co.uk domain.
What we delivered
The Magento migration seemed like a nightmare — we had thousands of products with multiple variants and 10 years of SEO built up. They moved everything to Shopify without losing a single Google ranking. Maintenance costs dropped dramatically.
