The situation
Juice From The Raw® is a cold-pressed juice brand from Brooklyn, New York, specializing in juice cleanse programs delivered fresh to your door. In 2015, their WooCommerce store couldn't keep up with order volume — slow checkout, difficult management of cleanse programs with multiple juices per day, performance issues during peak periods (January, post-holidays). Their subscription-based, build-a-box business model required a platform capable of handling complex configurable product logic.
What we built
We completed the full migration from WooCommerce to Shopify Plus — products, customers, order history, and cleanse programs. We implemented a custom Shopify Plus checkout optimized for Build-a-Box products where customers choose their juices individually. We configured recurring subscription management and fulfillment system integration. Since then we've provided ongoing maintenance: new feature development, seasonal campaign preparation, performance optimizations, A/B testing on product and checkout pages, and permanent technical support.
