The situation
An authorized BILKA distributor with 16 months of organic momentum and over 3,400 monthly clicks landing on key pages like the quote calculator and product catalog. The old site couldn't keep up — outdated design, slow on mobile, no interactive calculator, and a CMS no one wanted to touch. The owner needed something fast, modern, and easy to update daily — without losing a single ranking in Google or growing the hosting bill.
What we built
We rebuilt the site from the ground up on Next.js, with Sanity as a headless CMS and a global Cloudflare deployment. A flexible page builder, full catalog of 16 BILKA products with color variants, an interactive quote calculator, 42 local SEO pages — one for each Romanian county — and real customer reviews migrated from the legacy site with Google rich snippets. Every old URL was redirected one-to-one — zero SEO loss. GDPR cookie consent across three categories. The email setup was kept intact on its original configuration.
